a.  The first thing you want to consider is the "theme" or "occasion" this video will be made for.  Are there certain things you want to highlight or focus on?  Who will be the primary audience for this video?

    b.  The second thing to consider is the number of pictures you want to include.  Keep in mind that a person's attention span will usually only last between 20-35 minutes.  Therefore, it is very important to be selective when choosing your photographs.  The "theme" or "occasion" also will come into play here as well.  If this is made for a younger child, for example, a video of 20 minutes in length would be perfect. 

    c.  Thirdly, Quality counts...try to select quality photographs.  We understand that this will not always be possible.  Therefore, we can and will do our best to touch up any battered photographs that are an important part of the video.

    d.  Next, the music selections play a HUGE role in the emotion of your unique video.  You are paying for a "One of a Kind" keepsake.  Once you decide on the "theme" or "occasion", we will be happy to help you with your music selections.

    e.  Last but not least...Getting your photographs delivered to us.  We understand that it may be quite scary to send your original photographs via the postal service.  If this is the case, please let us know and we will assist you in finding a company in your area that will copy your photos and put them on disc, so you can retain the originals.   

2.  Are my photos safe?  YES!  All photos are stored in fire-safe storage while in our possession.

3.  Your prices are so much lower than other services, is the quality as good?   ABSOLUTELY, if not better!  Our DVD's are of supreme quality as well as our service.  We use professional software as well as professional DVD burners (not a DVD burner found on a computer).  We strive to always put a genuine personal touch to all of our products.  Our customer base comes mainly from the referrals of other satisfied "Treasured Milestones" customers.

4.  Are your DVD's safe to play in my machine?  Yes!  We print directly on all of our DVD's to ensure the safety of your DVD Player.  There are no labels applied to the DVD's. 

5.  How will the completed product be shipped to me?  Your completed package is shipped via the U.S. Post Office.  Packages are sent to you first class PRIORITY mail.  If you wish to have a different type of delivery, please let us know.

6.  Is there a limit to the number of transitions used?  NO!  All of our packages include unlimited transitions between photographs.

7.  Can I use both digital and regular photographs?  YES!  You can even send your negatives in place of an actual picture.

8.  How long does it take to have a Treasured Milestone Memory DVD made?  Usually, we can ship your Memory DVD in approximately 7-10 days.  Our DVD burners are professional machines (not a DVD burner in a computer).  They record at a much slower speed.  This ensures the best quality.

9.  Do you have "Rush Service" available?  Yes!  We always do our very best to accommodate every customer!

10.  What are Memory Yearbooks?  Our "Memory Yearbooks" are a combination of pictures, usually taken by a teacher, of the entire class throughout the school year.  These are wonderful keepsakes for students to remember school friends, class parties, and special achievements.
