Is it a birthday, memorial or introduction project?
Once you decide on the purpose of your project, choose your package so you know how many photos to gather.
We will import your photos from a CD, memory stick or scan your original photos, retouch them, bring them to life with pans and zooms, and even combine them with video segments.
Call if you need any help or advice.
Yes! That is not a problem. If you choose a package with only 40-50 photos, but you sent us 60…we can narrow down for you. Use sticky notes to specify which photos are definite and we’ll do the rest.
From the time we receive your materials, our normal turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. Rush orders accepted and are subject to a 15% rush fee.
To be sure that your project deadline can be met, please call or e-mail us to be put on our schedule as soon as possible.
Yes, usually very minimal contact is needed, but sometimes questions do need to be answered. We do our best on the initial consult to learn all we need to know to produce your video.
Yes! We will send you a link to a website where you can view your preview. We allow 2 change requests before we move to final production. And we don’t move to final production without your OK.
We provide only basic retouching, such as red eye removal and basic enhancement, which provides a better quality image for the screen. In the event that one of your submitted photos requires major retouching, we would contact you for pre approval of the image quality.
Yes, of course!
Either way you like it. We aim to please and provide full service to our clients. And if you want to provide us with your own music, we are happy to accept that as well. Just include it on the list of things you are shipping when you complete the order form.
Though we cannot guarantee any shipping service, however, the companies we regularly use and feel are reliable are FedEx and UPS. Both offer reliable tracking, signature options, and have provided us with excellent service! Additionally, we always tell our clients to package their photos/video properly by using zipper plastic bags and bubble wrap or other protective support. And, most importantly, call or email us BEFORE shipping so that we are on the lookout for your package.
While we have your photos we store them in our fire and water proof safe.
